Review of New York, New York

Quality of Life in Prince's Bay
Star Rating - 5/5/2007
The Prince's Bay area of Staten Island is a wonderful place to live in the New York City area for families with young children. The schools are excellent, the teachers caring and the neighborhoods safe. There are several beautiful parks to spend weekends and late summer evenings at, and the Jersey shore is a short hop over the Outerbridge. For those working in Manhattan, the commute can be long at an hour - hour 1/2, but most days I get in and out around an hour each way. It is a suburban small town that happens to be a part of New York City. It always feels safe when you get home.
